Doris A. Brock, 86, of Jacksonville passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at White Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 18, 1938 in Jacksonville the daughter of Russell and Georgia Brooks Fairfield. She married Hal Ray Brock on November 23, 1956 and he preceded her in death on July 13, 2019.
She is survived by her son, Steven (Marcie) Brock of Jacksonville; two grandchildren, Mark (Leah) Brock of Rochester and Carrie (Matt) West of Chatham; two step-grandchildren, Shayna Stewart and Jamie Brown both of Jacksonville and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene Fairfield and Harold Fairfield and her sister, Marie Locher.
Mrs. Brock was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Williamson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may be left online at www.airsman-hires.com.
