Howard Edward "Ed" Langdon Murrayville - Howard Edward "Ed" Langdon, 81 of Murrayville, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital. He was born September 24, 1942, in Morgan County the son of Marion and Mary (Strang) Langdon. He married Marilyn Wilson on December 28, 1968, at the Church of Our Saviour and she preceded him in death on November 10, 2020. Ed is survived by a son, David (Stephanie) Langdon of Jacksonville; a daughter, Sarah (Robert) Bryant of Jacksonville; six grandchildren, Brandon Davidson, Courtney (fiancé, Matthew Jackson) Langdon, Madison Shirkey, Bailey Shirkey, Jonas Bryant, and Devon Bryant; four great grandchildren, Blayden and Blaine Davidson, Harper Prather, and Amiyah Johnson; one brother, Tim Langdon; one sister, Mary Elaine Suden; one brother in law, Mike (Sharon) Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.. He was preceded in death by his wife; one brother, Mark Langdon; and two sisters, Sue Ellen Holthaus and Mary Ellen Langdon. Ed
