Eric "Beef" Cox Eric Paul "Beef" Cox, age 57 of White Hall passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born June 19, 1967 in Carrollton, the son of Paul and Eva Bridgewater Cox. He married Vicky Hardwick July 28, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV and she survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Erika (Brad Woolsey) Cox of White Hall, a son Cody (Jada Kripner) Fisher of Roodhouse, two grandchildren, Jaxon Fisher and Brysin Kripner; four sisters, Linda Ellison of Quincy, Mary Jane (Bill) Dunlap, Kelli Schnelt, Lisa (Donnie) Ribble all of White Hall, a brother, Richard (Denise) Laris Millsboro, DE and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brother in laws, Roger Ellis, Tom Schnelt, and Ray Baldes, father-in-law, John Hardwick, a niece, Halli Burton, and nephew Ethan Collins. Beef was a 1985 graduate of North Greene High School. He was the shop foreman at Moulton Implement for many years. He then worked for the Patterson
