Marjorie E. Morrell Meredosia - Marjorie E. Morrell, 80, of Meredosia, IL passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at Beardstown Health & Rehab Center. She was born Dec. 24, 1943, in Meredosia, the daughter of Albert and Opal (Bunch) Rausch. She married John F. "Jack" Morrell on May 12, 1962, in Jacksonville and he preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 2024. She is survived by her sons, Darin (Chris) Morrell of Ripley, Dewey Morrell of Meredosia, Danial (Brittnie) Morrell of Jacksonville; daughter, Deanna (Chris) Morath of Chambersburg; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and one brother, Bobby Rausch. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two grandsons, Kyle Johnson and Kenneth Morrell; and five siblings, LeRoy Rausch (surviving wife Brenda of Jacksonville), Albert Duwayne Rausch, Nancy Rankin, Doris Ransom, and Teddy Rausch (surviving wife Sandra of Meredosia).
