Lomelino, 98, of Manchester, IL, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at White Hall Nursing & Rehab Center.She was born on February 17, 1927, in Greene County, the daughter of Ivan Myer and Nina Walker. She married Merle A Lomelino on December 24, 1945, in Jacksonville and he preceded her in death on June 26, 2016.Betty is survived by one son Mark A. (Tawanda) Lomelino of California; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Seymour of Alton. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Steven M. Lomelino (surviving wife Rae of Manchester), and Gary D. Lomelino (surviving wife Martha of Vista, CA); one brother, Bill (surviving wife Rita of Godfrey); and four sisters, Dean, Joy, Mamie, and Nancy.Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of First Church of God and she loved the Lord. She enjoyed going out to eat and writing poems. She especially loved her family.Private
